Bid Package: 01- Roofing The governing board of the Santa Ana Unified School District will receive sealed bids for the Godinez Fundamental High School Gym and Theater Roof Replacement project (Bid Package: 01-Roofing). The project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for construction, repair, upgrade, renovation, modernization, expansion, rehabilitation, and improvement work projects. All successful bidders and their subcontractors are required to comply with the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49. Contract documents, including plans and specifications, are available for viewing and/or downloading from Crisp Imaging or may be purchased electronically or in paper format by contacting Crisp Imaging. A mandatory informational job walk and conference will be held at Godinez Fundamental High School, 3002 Centennial Rd., Santa Ana, CA 92704, at the flagpole. The following contractors and subcontractors must be prequalified before bidding: - All Prime Contractor Bidders, with license classifications: A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-39, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46. - Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing subcontractors with certain license classifications must also be prequalified.
