Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Pedestrian Improvements at various City locations as outlined in the project documents. The work under this contract consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to implement pedestrian improvements at the intersection of Walker Street at Proctor Street and Lincoln St at Harrison St and various locations throughout the city. The work includes the construction of cement concrete sidewalks and curb ramps, granite curb, traffic signs, pavement marking application, and all other incidental work as shown on the plans, as described in the Contract Documents and as directed by the Engineer. Project will start with the intersections of Lincoln & Harrison followed by Proctor & Walker. Additional locations will have construction plans issued at a later date. Question Deadline 04/10/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Chief Procurement Officer, at purchasing@newtonma.gov or via facsimile (617) 796-1227.
