Washington County Facilities Management Department is seeking sealed bids for new Monument Signs and Post and Panel Signs for the Washington County Campus located in West Bend, WI 53095. The project generally consists of providing and installing new Campus Monument Signs and providing and installing seven new Post and Panel Signs as shown on the site plan included in the bid specifications to the Countys satisfaction by August 21, 2026. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the Countys best interest. Additionally, the County may cancel any order or contract if the successful bidder fails to comply with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the bid request and/or contract. The County also reserves the right to award the bid in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications and requirements. All documents must be manually signed, and after completing and signing the bid form pages, documents must be scanned and uploaded for submission through the designated platform Question Deadline 04/13/2026 All questions resulting in further clarification or modification to this request will be handled by written addenda.
