Cutoff for questions will be 2pm on Tuesday, April 7th Rehabilitation of the wastewater treatment plant carbon air filter system, including, but not limited to, refurbishment of existing odor control absorber vessels; rehabilitation of blower fans and motors; rehabilitation of transition pieces; cleaning, blasting, and painting of the HDG unitary base frame; blast and resurface all concrete surfaces; replacement of existing exposed electrical conduit and junction boxes, and removal of existing rod iron fence with installation of 8-foot concrete wall. Engineer's Estimate - $540,000.00 Mobilize equipment and personnel, Rehabilitation of the WWTP Carbon Air Filter, Site Clean-up and Restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER in writing not less than five (5) business days prior to the date for opening of Bids. Deposit for Plans, Specifications, and Bidding Documents will not be refunded: 1) if no bid was submitted or, 2) if not returned in same condition as when issued or, 3) if not returned within five (5) calendar days after bid opening. Subject to the preceding provisions for a deposit refund, the refundable deposit only applies for one set of Plans, Specifications, and Bidding Documents. Additional sets will be furnished at a cost of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set.
