Reference Number 0000418257 The purpose and intent of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide emergency response services and scheduled repairs for the Triangle Wastewater Treatment Plant. The selected contractor(s) must hold a current and active North Carolina Utility Contractor License issued by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors (NCLBGC) at the time of the proposal submission and throughout the duration of the contract and provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and technical expertise necessary to maintain, repair, restore, and improve the plant in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. The contract is intended to ensure continuous and reliable operation of services while minimizing service disruptions to residents, businesses, and public facilities.
