Trade Contractors are invited to submit proposals for the Florida State Capitol Complex project to install wayfinding signage. Bid packages include 2A Demo/Sitework, 3A Concrete, 5A Metals/SS, 7A Waterproofing, and 10A Signage. Contractors are responsible for checking updates and addenda on the Construction Manager’s FTP site. Bid security of 5% is required for every bid package. For bids exceeding $100,000, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Sealed bids must be received by the Construction Manager by the specified deadline, and Childers Construction reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager for the current year, using the form in the bid package, and must submit it at least 7 days before the bid.
