Qualified bidders may submit bids for the Lincoln County Court of Justice - Courthouse Renovation project. Bids should be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Lincoln County Fiscal Court procurement requirements will govern the submittal, opening, and award of bids. Project Description: Project includes but is not limited to: 1. Mold abatement, areas to be cleaned with solution. 2. Clean areas of carpet. 3. Repair and paint areas of drywall. 4. Repair / replace areas of vinyl and wood base cleaned of mold. 5. Portion of wall paneling to be repaired and refinished. 6. Portion of ceiling tiles and grid to be removed and replaced. 7. Demo exterior masonry, windows, doors and sheathing down to existing metal stud. 8. Remove and replace all exterior masonry and precast (precast can be reused at GC option). 9. Clean precast if reused and seal all exterior masonry and precast. 10. Remove and replace with new all exterior doors, windows and louvers. 11. Remove and replace portion of metal coping at roof. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades).
