Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lompoc, California. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of sole source construction and installation of new exterior water distribution and wastewater collection utility infrastructure at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The privatized utility System Owner, American Water Operations and Maintenance, LLC, will perform all construction services associated with new water and wastewater systems for USACE construction projects awarded between 2026 and 2032. Scope includes constructing and installing new exterior water and wastewater utilities from the point of demarcation at newly constructed facilities to the System Owner's existing utility systems, as well as executing connection charge agreements as required. The effort supports new facility construction and provides integrated, reliable utility infrastructure in accordance with base privatized utility requirements. Contract actions will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis under sole source authority, with construction magnitudes ranging from $1,000,000 to $100,000,000 depending on individual project scope. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
