The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of roadway excavation, placing and compacting hot mix asphalt paving, traffic handling, pavement delineation, and any additional items or details required by the plans and specifications. All work must be performed, placed, constructed, or installed as specified. Instructions to bidders: Bid information and all documents for the project are available for examination at the General Services Administration office or may be downloaded from the specified Public Purchase site. A non-refundable deposit is required for physical document sets, but downloads are free. Sealed bids must be submitted in person or by mail to the specified address by the deadline. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms, in a sealed opaque envelope with the bidder's name, return address, bid number, and opening date on the outside. Other formats will be rejected. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash, for not less than ten percent of the bid amount.
