Sealed, written formal bid proposals are invited for a Career & Technical Center for Chickasaw County School District in Houston, Mississippi. The work must be completed within two hundred forty (240) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 per day for each calendar day the work is not substantially complete.
