Manage its natural gas purchases, transportation, storage, and peaking resources beginning. Proposals are to be made in a manner which ensures that all City customer daily service needs are met. The City seeks these services to provide reliable low-cost natural gas supply to its customer's year around, maintain or reduce its system operating costs, and to capture any available cost savings through use of a third party. The city currently has an asset management agreement (ama) with shell energy north america (us), l.P. That is expiring. This request for proposals (rfp) is the city's procurement process to determine the next successful vendor for the city's future ama.
