This project is being let in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA") set forth in Public Contract Code section 22000 et seq. Bidders shall comply with any requirements set forth in the CUPCCAA including all guidelines and requirements in the current California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission Cost Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual. Construction Cost Estimate: $500,000 Fontana Unified School District is seeking Bids for Oleander Elementary School Modular Building Relocation & Site Improvements. This project is architect-designed and includes the relocation of modular classroom and restroom buildings, site and parking lot improvements, and associated demolition, concrete, utility, and accessibility work at Oleander Elementary School. The project is subject to Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements. Project Scope Of Work consists of: 1. Construction of an outdoor running track. 2. Replacement of (2) Modular Classroom Buildings (Classroom-1 & Classroom-2), and (1) Modular Toilet Room Building (Restroom-1). 3. Upgrades to the path of travel. 4. Upgrade to existing Boys and Girls Restrooms (Bldg. E2, A#14468, A#04-118215).
