The City of Newark, Texas is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional civil engineering services for the planning, design, and potential construction of a new Municipal Complex. Services may include, but are not limited to, site evaluation, surveying, conceptual design, infrastructure planning, drainage, utilities, permitting, and construction phase services. Interested firms should submit a Statement of Qualifications outlining their experience, project approach, and key personnel. Qualifications submitted by mail, hand delivery, facsimile, or telephone will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered. The City of Newark reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities, and to select the most qualified respondent in accordance with applicable law.
