Notice is hereby given that Northampton Township will accept sealed proposals online for the Newtown-Richboro Road (SR 0332) Multi-use Trail Project in Northampton Township, Bucks County, PA. All bids must be submitted via PennBid by the specified deadline. Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457 and PennDOT Form 408/2026. Subcontractors must also pre-qualify in the same manner if involved in the project. All Bidders and Subcontractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified. The successful Bidder must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Township reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in the bid or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days after opening, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications.
