The City is seeking proposals from vendors to provide right of way litter removal and disposal services throughout the city limits. Qualified applicants shall demonstrate knowledge and compliance with MUTCD traffic standards, previous work with Texas public agencies, locally based work force, vehicles marked with logo, unit number or identifier and readable phone number, ability to provide detailed reports, and experience of similar work with a minimum of 5 references. Sealed proposals (six hard copies and one electronic copy) will be received by the City of Mansfield, Texas. Clearly mark 'Statement of Proposal – Mansfield FY2026 ROW Litter Management' along with Company Name and Mailing Address on the outside of the envelope. Statements of Proposal will be publicly opened and the names of the firm submitting will be read aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or accept any combination of proposals deemed advantageous to it.
