As of June 1, 2026, the bids are being evaluated by the Project Team. The project award is tentative to the Owner’s funding schedule and is not expected until October of this year. The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work for construction of the City of League City Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion, specifically the Treatment Plant Construction. Bids are to be submitted online as specified. Bids received after the prescribed date or modified by addenda will not be considered. Contract documents and addenda are available at no cost via CivCast. All inquiries or requests must be submitted to the designated contact. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, and attendance is highly encouraged. A proposal guaranty is not required. The successful bidder may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the subcontract agreement. This subcontract is contingent on City Council award of the Construction Manager's GMP. This package is for the instrumentation & controls construction of the League City Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion as per the following: 1. Included, but not limited to: a. All supervision labor, material, equipment, demolition permits, insurance, start-up, testing and clean-up to furnish and install complete instrumentation & controls system as per Contact Documents. b. Please note the in the "PI" Series for future construction. Future construction is not included in this bid. c. An instrument list will be required to confirm scope. This, along with your complete written scope, may be uploaded to Civcast with your bid signature page. d. Furnishing of fiber e. Submittals, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals and Test Reports. i. Submittals shall be electronic (PDF) files ii. Preliminary O&M Manuals shall be electronic (PDF) files iii. Final O&M Manuals shall be Three (3) bound hard copies and one (1) PDF f. Mobilization and Demobilization. g. Temporary facilities as necessary. Subcontractor, at their cost and option, shall be permitted to provide one (1) office trailer and temporary storage units. The quantity of storage units shall be mutually agreed between Construction Manager and Subcontractor prior to delivery to the site. h. Per specification 40 63 43, Quiddity, under a separate contract, shall provide programming, commissioning, training of PLC & HMI systems. i. Assist Construction Manager & Quiddity in Start-Up and Commissiong of the WWTP. j. All pressure gauges shall have a diaphragm seal as per detail 359/Type A, plan sheet SD-11. k. Warranty i. Bidder shall include all manufacturer specific warranties, including required warranty duration, as required per each of the applicable specifications in their base bid. ii. Bidder shall adhere to warranty requirements per 01 78 36. iii. Bidder to include a one-year warranty from substantial completion. 2. Exclusions: a. Any Centerpoint or AT&T Fees as it relates to Owner's permanent service b. Power company fees and utility bills for CMAR office trailers c. Security systems (Technology) d. Sheet PI-5, radar level instruments are provided by bar screen vendor e. Permit Fees f. Installation of inline devices. g. Pipe saddles and process taps h. Parshall Flume i.
