A Mandatory Pre-bid conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, in the Polk County AG Center located at 1702 Hwy 17 South, Bartow, FL 33830 with a mandatory site visit to follow. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting's sign-in sheet, or the Bidder's submittal will be considered non-responsive. One original copy of the bid submittal must be submitted prior to 2:00 p.m. on the bid receiving date, either in a sealed parcel or electronically through Polk County's secure website.
