This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Memphis, Tennessee. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The scope is to provide supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials to prepare and coat transmission towers as previously identified in the Attachments Section. The towers are located in Memphis, Shelby County, TN. Work must be completed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Attachments. Pictures of the towers and tower drawings will be provided upon request. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. The Bidder's Name, license number, expiration date, and classification must be completed on the outside of the preprinted Bidder's Envelope. If the bid amount is under $25,000, the phrase “Exempt from licensing requirement” must appear in the Tennessee License number space, and all other required information must be completed. Bids must be submitted as hard copies; electronic submissions are not accepted. Bidder's Qualifications must be submitted as a reference letter, indicating Contract Number 12632 and "Surface Preparation & Coating Above Grade Transmission Structures" on the front page and on the outside of the envelope. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder. Only bidders listed in the document or subsequent addenda may contact the Division; all questions must be submitted in writing. MLGW reserves the right to reject bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept any bid or portion deemed most favorable.
