The contract is for janitorial services at the Brigham City Regional Center and is designated as a Set Aside Contract, only open for bidding to Community Rehabilitation Programs. All bidders must be operated primarily for the employment and training of people with disabilities, maintain an employment ratio of at least 75% of program employees with severe disabilities, comply with applicable occupational health and safety standards, have their principal place of business in Utah, procure goods and provide services primarily in Utah, and most service providers must be domiciled in Utah. All qualified vendors are required to attend a mandatory site visit. Bidders must meet all requirements described in Utah Code Section 63G-6A-805 and review all solicitation requirements for compliance.
