Demolition, site work, paving and addition to an industrial development in Hallsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 20,655-square-foot industrial development.

The project consists of site development, drainage infrastructure, security fencing, and a structural building extension to the existing Hallsville ISD Bus Barn facility. The scope includes: mobilization, bonds, insurance, construction staking, traffic control, and SWPPP permitting and implementation; clearing and grubbing of approximately 3 acres; removal of existing pavement, curb and gutter, and chain link fencing; mass earthwork including excavation, select fill, and compaction for site and building pad areas; topsoil replacement and hydromulch on all disturbed areas; subgrade preparation and 6-inch medium duty concrete pavement for bus circulation and parking (approximately 7,736 SY); concrete curb and gutter; pavement striping; approximately 683 linear feet of 8-foot wrought iron perimeter fence; one 32-foot manual slide gate; one 32-foot and one 30-foot motorized slide gate with operators and controls; installation of 15-inch and 24-inch HDPE storm drain pipe, concrete curb inlets, junction box, headwalls with energy dissipators, safety end treatments, and riprap; conduit, pull boxes, and appurtenances for site lighting and gate control systems; a 243-foot by 85-foot (approximately 20,655 square foot) structural addition to the bus barn including foundations, slab on grade, steel framing, corrugated metal roof, exterior painting, lighting, and IT conduit rough-in.
