Reference number: 20134813 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-13 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 24 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 36 The Successful Tenderer must provide various additional maintenance services for bus terminals located within the City of Montreal: Angrignon Terminal, 3500 Boulevard des Trinitaires, Montreal; Henri-Bourassa Terminal, 590 Boulevard Henri-Bourassa, Montreal; Radisson Bus Terminal, 7155 Sherbrooke Street East, Montreal. The Successful Tenderer must provide all Goods and Services covered by the Contract. Without limitation, the additional maintenance services required are: Maintenance of landscaped areas (Angrignon and Radisson Bus Terminals); Collection of waste and recyclables from recycling points and ashtrays (Angrignon, Henri-Bourassa and Radisson terminals); Pressure washing of roof soffits and canopies (Angrignon and Henri-Bourassa terminals); Related maintenance activities (Angrignon, Henri-Bourassa and Radisson terminals) The Contractor must provide all Goods and Services specified in the Contract. The Contract also includes periodic site inspections (visual inspections of the premises, information and reports submitted to the ARTM, etc.) as well as the management of requests for corrective work (DACT), where required. The specific characteristics of the sites are described in the technical specifications ('Technical Specifications) provided with the Tender.
