TIMELINE: Request for Proposals by BC Hydro, seeking professional design services for light industrial building projects across a multi-project program has closed and a preferred propone has yet to be identified. Design services will support effective project planning and delivery through the development of fit-for-purpose, code-compliant designs that align with project objectives, manage risk, and enable timely and cost-effective construction. Prospective Suppliers should have the capacity, technical expertise, and adaptability to support a long-term program of work and contribute to efficient, performance-driven project delivery. Suppliers are invited to propose for either both or any one of the following Project Categories: (1) new builds, renovations, and workspace improvements; and/or (2) building systems and asset upgrades.
