Greater Texoma Utility Authority on behalf of White Shed Water Supply Corporation is requesting bids for the construction of the Water Well Project - FM 1396. Information and bidding documents for the project can be found on a designated website, and bidding documents may also be obtained from the issuing office for a fee. Partial sets will not be available. The contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and is subject to United States Iron and Steel requirements. Any contracts awarded are expected to be funded in part by financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond for not less than 5% of the largest possible total for the bid submitted. Bidders must complete form TWDB-0459, Vendor Compliance with Reciprocity on Non-Resident Bidders, and submit it with their bid. Payment and performance bonds must each be in a penal sum of not less than 100% of the contract price and remain in effect for one year beyond the engineer's approval. A maintenance bond covering defects must be provided for two years following acceptance of the construction. Greater Texoma Utility Authority/White Shed WSC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until sixty days after opening. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents for further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. Question Deadline 04/09/2026- All questions shall be submitted through electronically. Questions submitted via email or phone to the Engineer will not be answered; all inquiries must be directed through the specified website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
