Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Replacement and rehabilitation of concrete infrastructure including curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveways as detailed in the bid document. Bids must be submitted in written, sealed form. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required and will serve as a penalty if the successful bidder fails to enter into a written contract. Prospective bidders must have a current Contractor's License under Nevada State Law for the specified type of work. The successful bidder is to start work after all executed contract documents are submitted and notification to proceed is given. Bid documents and specifications must be obtained from the designated website, and it is the responsibility of all potential bidders to monitor the website for any updates before submitting a bid. The City of Sparks reserves the right to reject any bid/proposal or accept the bid/proposal deemed to be in its best interest and may waive irregularities or informalities in the process. Bids must be clearly marked and physically delivered to the specified location by the deadline. Internet or email submissions will not be accepted.
