This is an Invitation to Tender for the supply and delivery of bus shelter replacements. The work involves the removal, disposal, supply, installation, and reinstallation of bus shelters and interior benches at designated locations within the Niagara region. The scope includes disassembly, temporary storage of reusable components (such as tempered glass panels, advertisement display case and diffuser, roof, bench, and overhead solar panel light kit), and disposal of approximately 100 transit shelters of various sizes and configurations. After removal, new transit shelters and benches are to be supplied and installed at the same locations. There is also provisional work for the removal, transportation, and reinstallation of approximately 50 existing transit shelters to alternative locations within the Niagara Region, subject to budget approval. Bidders are required to submit bids online in English. Further details on the deliverables are in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B).
