The University of Denver plans a comprehensive campus facilities improvement and financing program supported by the issuance of Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds, Series 2026, in a principal amount not to exceed $169 million. The project includes acquisition, design, construction, demolition, renovation, expansion, furnishing, and equipping of multiple academic and athletic facilities across the University of Denver campus, as well as refunding existing debt related to prior campus buildings. The work will be undertaken on several proximate sites in Denver and is structured as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) bond financing, with a public hearing held in February 2026 as part of the approval process.
