The work includes but is not limited to: the design, supply, and installation of a modular overhead Fall Arrest Safety Systems. All bids must be submitted through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System (EPS) and no mailed or hand-delivered bids will be accepted. The contract duration is 75 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bidders must comply with relevant safety requirements, including wearing specific PPE during site visits. Questions concerning the bid must be submitted in writing by the deadline provided. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the PA Steel Products Act, Buy America Act, Equal Employment Opportunity laws, and must certify compliance with Executive Order 12549. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in its best interest. Each bid must remain firm for at least ninety days from the date of bid opening, without withdrawal during that period.
