Description Restriping of egress path New concrete pad and parking paint striping and markings. Installation of two (2) EV chargers (Chargers to be provided by USPS) Painting of all interior walls Power wash and epoxy finish on workroom floor. Preparation shall be done and follow as per Stonhard specs. Power washing exterior wall Installation of six (6) new concrete slab at 2-post vehicle lifts Installation of (2) new mini-power zones, which includes: o two (2) new 25KVA transformers (480V-240V, single-phase) o two (2) 100A, 240/120V, single-phase panelboards o two (2) 100A, 2P main circuit breakers Installation of two (2) 100A, 2P main circuit breakers Replacement of interior lighting fixtures with LED type fixtures Replacement of exterior building light fixtures with LED fixture *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
