Respondents will need to submit a request by May 6, 2026 2:00 PM CDT to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to morayma.martinez@saws.org. Respondent's email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of the Respondent's company and the intended recipient's email address and phone number. No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after May 6, 2026 2:00 PM (CDT). This Summary of Work is included as part of this Solicitation to provide a general basis for Respondents to determine what is reasonably comparable. The work consists of, but not limited to, the following: o Drilling, construction, development, and testing of one (1) new Edwards Aquifer groundwater production well, Well No. 9, including all pertinent underground and above ground piping, complete and operable, in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents. o Provide electrical, instrumentation, and controls for Well No. 9. o Upgrades to above ground piping, and installation of well pump and motor at Well No. 1. o Provide electrical, instrumentation, and controls for Well No. 1. Respondents should reference the Contract Documents prior to submitting a proposal for this RFCSP to fully understand the entire scope of work for this Project.
