Description

Renovation of a military facility in Milan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The scope of work consists of upgrading the HVAC systems and providing new electrical connections to all equipment. VRF heat pump systems and ventilation air equipment will be installed. Roofing work associated with new rooftop equipment will be required. Lighting fixtures will be replaced with LED and provided with updated controls in rooms with ceilings. The fire alarm system will be replaced and a new emergency generator will be installed. Electrical service will be upgraded. The participation goal percentages on the amount of the contract awarded by CDB for this project are: GENERAL TRADE: 10% MBE, 3% WBE, 0% VBE/PBE.
