The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the following for each generator identified by This RFP. Inspection: Conduct visual and operational inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential issues. Testing: Perform load bank testing, and verify system performance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance including oil and filter changes, coolant and fuel system checks, battery testing, and cleaning. Repairs and Adjustments: Identify deficiencies and perform approved repairs or adjustments as required. Documentation and Reporting: Provide detailed service reports for each generator, including findings, test results, corrective actions, and recommendations for future maintenance.
