Ground maintenance services to provide all resources, labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain exterior grounds in a safe, orderly, and professional condition. Services include routine and seasonal grounds care in accordance with the performance requirements outlined in the solicitation documentation. Work is performed under a firm fixed price contract for a base period from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with four additional one-year option periods at the Government's discretion.
