Sherburne County is soliciting proposals for mowing and grounds maintenance services for three County facilities for the 2026 season. The facilities include the Sherburne County Government Center in Elk River, the Public Works and Public Safety Buildings located in Zimmerman, and the Public Works Building and Sherburne History Center, both of which are located in Becker. The anticipated dates for contracted services are from approximately May 1 to November 1, 2026. A 1-year contract is anticipated, with options to extend the term for additional one-year periods if mutually agreed upon by the County and the Contractor. Responses must be submitted to Sherburne County by 3:30 p.m., April 13th, 2026. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be opened or considered. Proposals may be mailed, emailed, or hand delivered in an envelope clearly marked with the project information. Sherburne County is seeking proposals for the mowing and maintenance services at the following facilities: Sherburne County Government Center (Elk River), Zimmerman Public Safety Building, Zimmerman Public Works Building, Becker Public Works Building, and Sherburne County History Center (Becker). Maps of the service locations are provided in the exhibits.
