Improvements will include (See exhibit B for details) Sanitary Sewer Upgrades: Sanitary sewer upgrades include upgrading the water and sewer line to an 18" PVC, MH 434 to MH 433 on 50th Ave, and MH 634 to MH 632 on 51st Ave. (See exhibit B for details). This will be a coordinated effort with Clear Creek Valley Sanitation (CCVSD). CCVSD will be performing this scope of the job Stormwater Sewer and Management: Install stormwater sewer along Ridge Road consisting of 32LF of 18" RCP. 90.0 LF of TRIPLE 53" X 34" HERCP. Stormwater management quality detention pond in southeast corner of the property.
