Renovation of a residential development in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Invitation To Quote to businesses authorized in the State of Arkansas and qualified to provide the requested services: Roof Replacement - 4808 W. 24th St. The primary goal is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Little Rock who reside in communities that require residential rehabilitation and home repairs. ROOF: F. Contractor must provide documentation showing at least two (2) years of roofing and rehab experience, including reroofing (overlay), repairs, and complete tear-off/re-roofing. Contractor must provide a five (5) year roofing labor warranty for the structure and documentation of at least five (5) completed roofing jobs where permits were pulled. G. Contractors must inspect all roofs to verify proper quantity of measurement to provide an estimate of replacement cost. All roofs must be inspected by the Community Development Inspector after the roofing materials have been removed down to the decking. All damaged decking must be inspected and replaced. H. Contractor shall remove all construction materials, tools, and debris from the site and sweep all exterior work areas clean. Contractor shall vacuum all interior work areas, removing all visible dust, stains, labels, and tags, and shall clean all windows referenced in the specifications.
