Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to provide construction services for the demolition, supply, installation, and construction of a replacement spray pad at Queen Elizabeth Jubilee Park. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: saw cutting and removing the existing concrete spray pad, piping, and toys and disposing these off-site; removal of the existing mechanical kiosk and off-site disposal; installation of piping and a new mechanical kiosk for spray toys; connection to the existing 50 mm water service and supply and installation of a 50 mm kiosk; supply and installation of a drain and connection to the existing 150 mm storm sewer; supply and installation of a new concrete spray pad with a concrete pile foundation; supply and installation of spray pad toys and actuator, commissioning of toys, and providing staff training.
