Sealed bids will be received for the Atwood Lake Park Maintenance Building project. Bidding Documents are available at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District Engineering Services office or through AA Blueprint. Each bidder must deposit security with their bid in the amount and form stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be held for up to 60 days after opening, and the MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, increase, decrease or omit any item, or award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Tuscarawas County apply to this project. Bidders interested in site access for their own investigations must arrange a date and time with MWCD. The MWCD reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the received bids. Any questions regarding the project should be directed to Andrew Lallathin, AIA at SoL Harris/Day Architecture, no later than 1:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026, in writing by email to alallathin@solharrisday.com . Award is subject to final approval.
