Sealed bids are invited for a Three (3) Year Plumbing Supplies and Materials Blanket Contract. All bids must be submitted through the Electronic Procurement System (ePS). Mailed or hand delivered bids will be rejected. The scope of work includes providing plumbing supplies and materials as outlined in the contract documents. All questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline to be guaranteed an answer. Any change, modification, or clarification to the contract documents can only be made by a written addendum issued via the ePS. Bids must remain firm and not be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. The successful contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, the Steel Products Procurement Act of 1978, and certify compliance with Executive Order 12549 (ineligible contractors). Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, sex, color, or national origin. Any contract issued as a result of this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
