Catholic Charities Site Storm Sewer and Underground Detention. This project will be federally funded by the U.S. Treasury Department of the American Rescue Plan Act 201 (Pub. Law 117-2, hereinafter referred to as "ARPA") and administered by the Harris County Housing and Community Development (HCHCD). Bidders shall comply with regulations governed by 2 CFR Part 200. Applicable requirements, asdetailed in the project manual. Bidders will be required to furnish verifiable references with their bids/proposals and have a Bid Bond, payment and performance bond.
