The project involves reconstruction work across Memorial Park Elementary School, Jr/Sr High School, and Bus Garage for Waterville Central School District. The scope includes Sitework, General, Roofing, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction contracts associated with the Capital Project at these locations. Bidders are instructed to submit two copies of the Bid Form, ensuring that bids are sealed and addressed to the Waterville Central School District. Complete sets of Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Forms can be obtained for a deposit. Contract documents may also be examined at specified locations. Only complete sets will be issued. Delivery of documents can be arranged and will incur additional charges. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is strongly recommended.
