The Housing Authority of Grant County requests sealed bids for a 15 unit project (7 duplexes, 1 office building) in Mattawa, WA, involving the complete removal and replacement of roof systems including shingles, felt, ice shield, drip edge, and the addition of RVO's. All bids over $150,000 must include a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashier's check made payable to the Housing Authority of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The project is subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name. No facsimiles or emails will be accepted.
