The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The work consists of replacement of two boilers, two pumps, piping, and hydronic specialties in the existing boiler room at Norman K. Myers Technical Education Center. The existing hot water supply and return loops and associated heating coils throughout the building shall remain. Electrical circuiting will require modification as well to accommodate connection of the new unit. 2. Descriptions of two bid alternates are included in the Contract Documents. B.
