The project length is approximately 0.25 miles. The work includes construction of concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, curb ramps and driveways, drainage, grading, traffic control, asphalt pavement, and pavement markings. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $100,000. The estimated cost of this Project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
