The City of Akron, Ohio is seeking qualified Engineering Consultants to provide professional engineering services for the Howard Glenwood Intersection Traffic/Safety Study. The project consists of performing a safety study of Glenwood Avenue from Howard Street to both ramps with State Route 8. This segment has historically performed poorly and has been identified by AMATS as a high crash segment. The Glenwood Howard intersection and both intersections with State Route 8/Gorge Boulevard have also been identified by AMATS as high crash intersections.
