The Richland-Lexington Airport District invites written proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Cleaning Services at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport leased sites. Contractors must submit three hard copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope, box, or package, clearly marked with specified information. Proposals must be delivered by the deadline, with no late proposals accepted. Modifications or withdrawals after submission are not allowed. Proposals must be signed by an authorized officer and include detailed contact information. Specific forms and documentation are required, including a Contractor’s Questionnaire, references, annual price escalation form, proof of insurance coverage, certification, proposal form, and acknowledgment of addenda. The District reserves the right to cancel any or all solicitations, reject any or all proposals, accept or reject any proposal in part, and waive minor informalities. All proposals become the property of the District and are subject to public disclosure under state law. Proposals must not be withdrawn for ninety days after the deadline, and Contractors are prohibited from contacting Commissioners or District personnel except as specified. All costs for proposal preparation are the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
