Material Delivery Only 200 kW Diesel Generator, 48 Hour Tank. Sealed proposals for the contract shall contain 1 copy of the bidding documents and be clearly marked on the outside of the container as follows: Sealed proposal for Spencer County Sanitation District Generator Replacement ATTN: Bill Drury Not to be opened until 4:30 PM ET (local time), Friday 4/3/2020 Contractor Name - Phone Number. Bids shall be submitted to Spencer County Sanitation District, 7 W Main St., Taylorsville, KY 40071. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope and mailed to the Spencer County Sanitation District, PO Box 19, Taylorsville, KY 40071, allowing sufficient time for such mailing to reach this address prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. No Bid Bond is required. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date bids are opened, but may withdraw at any time prior to the scheduled opening or a postponement. Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Spencer County Sanitation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, and any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1984, the Anti-Kickback Act, Section 3 Segregated Facilities, Section 109, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act.
