Westlock County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to prepare a Master Servicing Plan for the expansion of the North Sky Business Park. The assignment involves establishing a technically sound and financially feasible servicing strategy to support future industrial development. The Master Servicing Plan will evaluate existing infrastructure, identify servicing constraints, and recommend necessary upgrades for the full build-out of the expansion area. The scope of work includes an existing conditions review, development of servicing strategies for water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation, identification of system capacity limitations, infrastructure phasing, and preparation of cost estimates. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
