Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Provide construction services to upgrade the Energy Management System and Building Automation System in accordance with the statement of work, project specifications, and drawings. Work includes converting the existing direct digital control system to an industry-standard native DDC system; installing a fiber optic backbone to all panels; replacing outdated controls and panels; and adding new controls in designated areas. Services include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform controls installation, programming, structured cabling, low-voltage electrical work, architectural patch-back, system tuning, fire alarm integration, commissioning, and general construction support. Upon completion, the facility will have a new fiber optic backbone, all panels operating on native BACnet, and a unified, upgraded front-end system with new graphics and full BACnet certification and commissioning.
