Remove and fully replace the 3 main exterior office entrances on both north and south sides of building including all doors, HW, vestibules and associated 2 story glazing panel curtain walls. Upgrade the existing building facade glazing curtain walls and expand existing exterior office entrances and vestibules to accommodate the City's accessibility barrier free design including the addition of new mechanical HVAC, electrical and door security access controls.
