Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 35 The Societe des etablissements de plein air du Quebec (hereinafter "Sepaq") is seeking a contractor interested in providing snow removal services for roads, parking lots, and pedestrian access points (stairs, entrances/exits, emergency entrances/exits, trash bins, and recycling bins) (the "Snow Removal Services") for Mont-Sainte-Anne Park (the "Facility"). The Snow Removal Services will be provided in accordance with the general and specific terms and conditions attached hereto, the Specifications set forth in Appendix A (the "Specifications"), and the terms of the service contract to be entered into between Sepaq and the selected bidder (the "Supplier"), a draft of which is attached as Appendix B hereto (the "Contract") . Snow removal services include, in particular, the removal and blowing of snow, the supply and spreading of abrasives, the supply and installation of markers, and other related work on roads, parking lots, and pedestrian accesses to buildings in accordance with the Specifications. The Contract shall be for a term of three (3) winter seasons, namely from November 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027, from November 1, 2027, to June 1, 2028, and from November 1, 2028, to June 1, 2029, with the option to renew for two (2) additional periods of one (1) winter season each.
